Goods Return Procedure

Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis.
The company may at its sole discretion agree to the return of Goods by the distributor provided the Goods are returned at the distributors expense, unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging (including pallet if delivered on a pallet) as at the date of despatch by the Company or the manufacturer and subject to the Distributor bearing any costs incurred by the company (uplift charges are at the discretion of Axon), plus a minimum restocking charge of 30% of the net invoice value of the goods. Should a return be agreed in by Axon, these must be returned either to the manufacturer or Axon within 28 days of receipt (i.e. these must be received by manufacturer or Axon within 28 days of original delivery).
Where a product has been specially ordered, unless faulty, we are unable to refund or offer an exchange.
We will not accept the return of goods which have been used.
Should you wish to request to return goods you will need to complete the online form available via the distributor portal.
We will notify you within two working days of receiving the application whether the return of the goods has been agreed or give reasons as to why it has been declined.
Failure to follow this procedure will result in any goods returned to us being refused and the original invoice will remain.
